JAYCO, Australia's biggest manufacturer of caravans and motorhomes, has
entered the RV rental market.
This follows its recent acquisition of Around Australia Motorhomes, which
it has renamed Let's Go Motorhomes.
"We see the demand for high quality RV and motorhome rental services
everyday, both from our own native Australians and from people who come
from across the world to experience our country's many wonders," Let's Go
Motorhomes managing director Michael Ryan said.
"We are going to meet these needs in a way that exceeds even the highest
expectations and help make this aspect of the motorhome business grow even
further."
He said the company had a "great team" which truly understood what
customers were looking for, be they young people on an adventure or
retirees exploring things they had wanted to see for most of their lives.
Let's Go Motorhomes' quality rental fleet was unmatched in Australia.
Highlights included four and six-berth Jayco and two-berth Renault motorhomes,
and for the smaller parties high quality HiTop campervans.
All rentals were backed up by maintenance and repair support.
"This is a big bonus that delivers an added sense of security to traveling
families interested in planning the perfect vacation," Mr Ryan said.
Let's Go Motorhomes would have access to Jayco's vast network of
distributors and repair sites, internet rental bookings and cross branding
opportunities.
"We're happy to be increasing the size of our fleet in a very significant
way, along with our number of depots across the country," Mr Ryan said.
"Many of these things wouldn't have been possible without our relationship
with Jayco, who have put its national network of repair professionals at
our service.
"This brings a great deal of value to our customers, knowing should there
be an issue with their RV it can be sorted out by someone close by rather
quickly."
Let's Go Motorhomes also has an exclusive partnership with Coles
Supermarkets through their online shopping wing.
This will allow customers to place an order for groceries needed for their
trip through Coles and have their motorhome packed with the groceries and
ready to go when they pick up the keys.
