Have your say

HUNDREDS of exhibitors are busy preparing for this month's major RV and camping show in Sydney.

The annual Caravan, Camping and Holiday Supershow will feature NSW's most comprehensive line-up of all things caravan and camping.

To be held at Rosehill Racecourse from April 9 to 17, the event will see over 300 exhibitors showcasing all the latest brands and products.

Visitors will be able to inspect motorhomes, camper trailers, the latest in caravans and poptops, tents, camping gear and accessories.

Even many of the holiday parks will have displays.

"Come along and compare thousands of brands and products on display, and check out the best that the caravan and camping industry offers," CCIA NSW chief executive Lyndel Gray said.

Visitors have the chance to win prizes valued over $30,000, with the first prize being a Jayco Swift Outback camper trailer worth over $24,000.

Second prize will be a $2500 Apollo motorhome holiday rental voucher.

Other prizes will include an EvaKool fridge/freezer, Ravco inverter generator and Marine BBQ's Sizzler Delux with accessories.

"Each year more than 75,000 people visit the supershow and this year it coincides with the NSW school holidays, making it a great place to bring the whole family," Ms Gray said.

"Entry for children will free and there will be plenty to delight them, including the CIL Kid's Zone with colouring-in competitions, face painting, jumping castles and other exciting activities.

"In addition to the program of free daily seminars, there will be entertainment and plenty of places to unwind.

"These include our new XXXX Gold Beer Garden, and many other food and refreshment options."

There will be free on-site parking and regular free shuttle buses from Parramatta station and Parramatta wharf.

Tickets are on sale now from the Supershow website (www.supershow.com.au).

Online ticket purchases receive a 10 percent discount and priority access to the Supershow.

"Every visitor will receive a free, environmentally friendly show bag," Ms Gray explained.

"And they can pick up free copies of our Caravan & Camping Holiday Guide 2016 and the National Caravan and Recreational Vehicle Towing Guide along with the Official show guide."

Adult tickets will cost $25 (online price $22), $20 (online $18) for seniors or pension cardholders.
